Finalize and export

Finalize a generated draft, then download CSV or Word.

Opening the exam requires Create and edit exams, Assign questions to writers, Compile and export exams, or Reports and dashboards.

  1. Generate an exam so Generated exam appears.
  2. While the badge reads Draft, select Finalize.
  3. Select CSV or Word to download that version.

Regenerate builds another draft before you finalize. After the badge reads Finalized, regenerate and finalize are no longer on that version. CSV and Word stay available for the generated exam.

If you want a different mix of items

Select Regenerate while the version is still a Draft. Check the preview, then select Finalize.
