Item statuses

The item statuses ItemLoom shows, read from the status labels in the product.

Drafting

Writers edit items in this status. Exam management shows it as Drafting.

Pending review

The writer has submitted the item and it is waiting for review.

Revisions requested

An admin returned the item to the writer with notes.

Declined

A review decision. CE hours already earned on submit stay on the ledger.

Accepted

A review decision after the writer submitted the item.

Ready for live review

Live review lists only items in this status.

Pending final review

Change status can move an item to this status.

Beta testing

Item content is locked. Generate exam draws these items when Test bank is selected.

Live bank

Item content is locked. Generate exam draws these items when Live bank is selected.

Unassigned

The question slot does not have a writer yet.

Not started

A writer is assigned and has not started the item.

Submitted

Shown on exam overview for slots that have been submitted.
